Flavors of winter in the new seasonal menu!

Winter is an invitation to stop, to take the time to rediscover the pleasure of being at the table, of sharing dishes that tell stories of tradition and family. At Villa Terzaghi, we wanted to interpret this season with a menu that celebrates the warm and enveloping flavors of winter. With fresh, wholesome ingredients, carefully selected, our menu is meant to be an embrace of comfort and authenticity.

Starting January 9, Thursday through Sunday for dinner and Saturday and Sunday for lunch as well, we are waiting for you to enjoy a gastronomic experience that will make you feel at home, pampered by the warmth and conviviality of our cuisine.

Villa Terzaghi’s new winter menu is designed to awaken the senses with dishes that evoke the warmth and richness of the season. Each dish is designed to bring the true flavors of winter to your table, combining taste and health, for an experience that will accompany you every moment of the day.

Our proposals are based on fresh, seasonal ingredients, selected to enhance the genuine flavors of our territory. Turnip greens, cauliflower and savoy cabbage are the protagonists of simple but flavorful recipes, while dishes such as cotechino with lentils bring traditions to the table that never go out of style.
