Easter is the perfect time to get together, slow down and be won over by the pleasures of the table. At Villa Terzaghi, this celebration comes to life in a meal that weaves together tradition and creativity, reinterpreting the great holiday classics with an unexpected twist. All in a timeless atmosphere: among the frescoes of our eighteenth-century halls or outdoors, in our flowery dehors, immersed in the colors of spring.
A journey through history, taste and innovation
Lamb: the symbol of Easter
Always a symbol of Easter, lamb is the star of Italian tables with recipes that vary from region to region. At Villa Terzaghi, we interpret it with respect and innovation, enhancing its delicacy through cooking techniques that maintain its softness and authentic taste. A dish that combines traditions and modernity, designed to celebrate tradition without sacrificing surprise.
Pastiera: a taste of tradition
Rich in fragrance, with its perfect balance of wheat, ricotta and citrus fruits, the pastiera is the dessert that tastes of Easter more than any other. An icon of Neapolitan tradition, capable of conquering with its enveloping texture and unmistakable fragrance. At Villa Terzaghi we celebrate its essence, respecting its authentic recipe but adding that touch that makes it even more special.
