A lunch designed to bring the family together around the table, where each course tells a story of tradition and creativity: selected ingredients, unusual combinations and the artisanal care that has always distinguished Villa Terzaghi’s cuisine.

An invitation to slow down, to savor quietly, to let the magic of the holidays envelop you – with cuisine that excites, surprises and makes you feel at home.

  • Steamed saffron bun with beef tartare
  • Savory krapfen with crescenza cheese and salami dough
  • Mondeghili and crusco bell pepper mayonnaise

ENTRY

  • Veal piepido, chard and anchovy mayonnaise

FIRST COURSE

  • Good Carnaroli rice, pumpkin, Castelmagno cheese and cocoa
  • Raviolini with 3 roasts, capon broth and bay leaf

SECOND COURSE

  • Beef cheek braised in port, cardoncello and cherry sauce
