Autumn has come to Villa Terzaghi!

Every season brings with it a new culinary chapter, and this autumn is no exception: Villa Terzaghi is ready to unveil its revamped seasonal menu! The brainchild of chefs Federico and Alessandro, the new menu is an ode to the enveloping flavors and aromas of autumn, enriched with a touch of innovation.

Immerse yourself in a fascinating journey between sought-after dishes such as Marinated Trout with crème fraîche, spring onion and fish roe, and authentic traditional recipes such as Pavese Soup. Each course celebrates the warm scents of autumn, made with seasonal and territorial ingredients. There is also no shortage of vegetarian offerings, such as Ditalini with mushrooms, sweet garlic and herbs, designed to satisfy every taste requirement.

Starting September 19, the new menu will be available Thursday and Friday for dinner, and Saturday and Sunday for lunch as well, in “a la carte” and “tasting” versions. Indulge in a gastronomic adventure that celebrates the fall flavors and seasonal cuisine of Villa Terzaghi, offering a culinary experience that enchants and satisfies every palate.

With autumn, the kitchen is enriched with warm and enveloping flavors. Dishes become rich and comforting, from first courses to main courses of meat and fish to side dishes of seasonal vegetables. The watchwords are intensity, depth and aromatic.
